Pacesetter Transport employs staff in a variety of positions in either the Calgary area or the Edmonton area, or in both.

Founded in 2010, Pacesetter began its journey as a heavy equipment rentals solution provider in its home province of Alberta. Uniquely positioning ourselves as rental house that offers its customers machines from all the top brands: CAT, HITACHI, DEERE and KOMATSU. Our construction equipment fleet has grown to 400+ units.

Since our inception, Pacesetter has invested in quality transportation infrastructure from day one. This has enabled us to serve high profile clients in multiple industries, including aggregates, road building, construction, excavating, mining, remote access, oil and gas, pipeline, forestry, and agriculture, among many others. Class 1 Heavy-Haul Driver (Lowbed Operator)

What You’ll do as Heavy-Haul Driver:

  • Work out of our Balzac (Calgary) or Leduc (Edmonton) location
  • Haul routes include provinces of BC, Alberta, and Saskatchewan
  • Occasionally you will be required to stay out of town
  • Daily pre trip inspections
  • Loading, offloading, and securing heavy equipment What you will bring to the Team:
  • Experienced Class 1 Lowbed Operator
  • Minimum 3-5 years proven experience hauling Heavy Equipment
  • Knowledge of Canadian Federal Hours of Service

  • ** 10 Year Driver Abstract and Pre-employment Background Check is required. Employment is contingent upon successful clearance results. **
